Elemental World: Free Housing Design of Your Choice (CLOSED)This offer is exclusively available for Elemental World in the Japanese Data CenterI’m offering free housing design services for those who can’t afford to hire a designer or purchase housing materials. I will build the house from start to finish and provide all the necessary furnitures. This applies to both Free Company (FC) and private homes.Each week, one person will be selected to receive a custom design for their house, with materials included. If you'd like to contribute or provide housing materials, feel free to do so!How to Apply:

Commission Details•Taking commissions on all servers. (NA, EU, OCE, JP)
•Not accepting gil commissions currently. Only alternative payment methods accepted. DM for rates or to express interest in a commission or alert list.
•I choose commissions based on what I'm interested in and what I know I can excel at. Quality work that goes beyond expectations is my goal, not just a first-come, first-served approach.•To start working on your housing commission, I ask for the full payment upfront. If you want to secure your spot on the waitlist, you can make a down payment of 20% to 50% in a way that suits you. The remaining balance is due when we begin working on your housing project.
Terms of Service•I reserve the right to decline commission requests for any reason when contacted.•The pricing is just for one-floor interior builds, using only the main floor without any top or bottom floors•You are responsible for providing the cost of furnishings and dyeing them accordingly. Make sure to empty the house as well.•You may need to acquire non-tradable/market-board items (e.g., Beast Tribes items, Bicolor Gems, Doman Enclave, Bozja,).•Please provide as much detail as possible. It helps me create designs that align with your vision. So, the more info, the better!•I do not work on designs that require completion within specific time frames. No rush builds, please.•I'll share your house on social media, unless you prefer it to be kept private.•Once the home is completed and shared on social media, give it two weeks before making any modifications. Then, feel free to make any changes you'd like.•No worries if you're on the waitlist—I'll get to you. I prioritize requests based on creative inspiration, so just be patient. It's not first come, first served.
